Sanuk Inc. ("we" or "us") handles personal information collected on the website "Henteko Doujin" (the "Site") as described below.

Information we collect

• What you enter in the contact form (your name, email address, type of inquiry, company or group, the game concerned and your message)

• Access records that the Site's server keeps automatically for normal operation (IP address, browser type, date and time of access and so on)

Cookies

When you switch languages, the Site stores the language you chose in a cookie named "hendj_locale" (valid for one year). It is used only to show the Site in the same language on your next visit. The Site also stores your video volume setting on the game pages in your browser (localStorage), only so that videos play at the same volume next time. It is never sent to us. The Site does not use cookies for analytics or advertising.

External services

• The Site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, provided by Cloudflare, Inc., to understand how the Site is used. It does not use cookies and does not collect information that identifies you. The information collected is handled under Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Information on the stores and social networks we link to is handled under the policies of those services.

Sharing with third parties

We do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

How we keep it

Contact form messages reach us by email, and we keep them only as needed to handle your inquiry. We take appropriate measures to prevent personal information from being leaked or lost.

Requests to access, correct or delete

If you would like to access, correct or delete your personal information, please contact us through the contact form. We will respond in accordance with the law after confirming your identity.

Changes to this policy

We may change this policy when necessary. The revised policy takes effect when it is posted on the Site.
