故事

以 12 年前的哥哥战争为契机，人类引进了异世界文明的高度技术，地球科学得到飞跃性的发展。
国家之间的对立急剧减少，人类成立了地球联邦，
即将迎来史无前例的繁荣时代。
然而，和平突然被打破。
企图将新世界秩序据为己有而武装起义的秘密结社——“新罗兰党”。
他们驾驶从 TDF（地球防卫军）夺来的兵器，向全世界发动了总攻击。

SER-32 Surveyor
1987 年由超电气化学研究所开发的飞行型 MCR（载人战斗机器人）。
这是一架装甲远比其他 MCR 薄弱的电磁护盾试验机，却在第二次罗兰战争中被拉来充数。
参与作战之际，天护博士擅自为其搭载了高输出引擎，使它脱胎换骨，成为远超以往 MCR 的高机动型机体。
