故事
时间是 1977 年。
从魔法之国来到人间游玩的 Meglilo，卷入了发明 Vulkaiser 的天森博士与哥哥军团的战斗，不幸丧命。
然而，Meglilo 经天森教授的改造手术重生为魔女机器人（Witch-Bot），踏上了向哥哥军团复仇的道路。
- 超越时空的时停传送
“时停传送”是在周围时间停止的期间，决定 Meglilo 传送目的地的功能。
在时停状态下，Meglilo 可以传送到任何地方。
发动时停传送后，“按住按键期间”敌人与背景的动作都会停止，同时会出现“魔法阵”。
“魔法阵”可以用方向键操作。松开按键后，时停状态解除，Meglilo 同时会传送到魔法阵所在的位置。
在时停状态中，Meglilo 不会受到任何敌弹或障碍物造成的伤害。
此外，时停会消耗能量。时停的剩余能量，可以通过魔法阵的大小与能量槽确认。
能量归零后就无法使用时停传送。能量会自动恢复，Meglilo 不射击期间的恢复速度会提高。
躲避敌人的攻击、瞬间移动到有利位置等，用法多种多样。熟练运用它来通关吧！
- 秘密武器卫星（Satellite）
漂浮在 Meglilo 左右的小型武器。
有多方向射击、激光、钻头等十余种变化。
左右可以装备不同种类的卫星，比如让右侧专攻近战等，战斗方式由玩家决定！
操作方式
- Z：射击
- X：时停传送
- 左 Ctrl：暂停
- Esc：关闭游戏
- 空格键：返回标题画面

《魔女机器人 Meglilo》的开发理念，是“停止时间穿越敌弹”的弹幕射击新玩法。
不只是任何人都无法回避的攻击，就连自己难以躲开的攻击，也能轻松跃过，让你体验到无所不能的感觉。
左右可分别装备的卫星，则是想呈现 ASTRO PORT 特有的武装组合乐趣。
请多次游玩，尝试各种不同的组合。
在各关卡之间展开的故事是黑色喜剧。
本游戏纯属虚构，与真实存在的人物、团体、地名毫无关系。
