故事
時間是 1977 年。
從魔法之國來到人間遊玩的 Meglilo，捲入了發明 Vulkaiser 的天森博士與哥哥軍團的戰鬥，不幸喪命。
然而，Meglilo 經天森教授的改造手術重生為魔女機器人（Witch-Bot），踏上了向哥哥軍團復仇的道路。
- 超越時空的時停傳送
「時停傳送」是在周圍時間停止的期間，決定 Meglilo 傳送目的地的功能。
在時停狀態下，Meglilo 可以傳送到任何地方。
發動時停傳送後，「按住按鍵期間」敵人與背景的動作都會停止，同時會出現「魔法陣」。
「魔法陣」可以用方向鍵操作。鬆開按鍵後，時停狀態解除，Meglilo 同時會傳送到魔法陣所在的位置。
在時停狀態中，Meglilo 不會受到任何敵彈或障礙物造成的傷害。
此外，時停會消耗能量。時停的剩餘能量，可以通過魔法陣的大小與能量槽確認。
能量歸零後就無法使用時停傳送。能量會自動恢復，Meglilo 不射擊期間的恢復速度會提高。
躲避敵人的攻擊、瞬間移動到有利位置等，用法多種多樣。熟練運用它來通關吧！
- 秘密武器衛星（Satellite）
漂浮在 Meglilo 左右的小型武器。
有多方向射擊、雷射、鑽頭等十餘種變化。
左右可以裝備不同種類的衛星，比如讓右側專攻近戰等，戰鬥方式由玩家決定！
操作方式
- Z：射擊
- X：時停傳送
- 左 Ctrl：暫停
- Esc：關閉遊戲
- 空格鍵：返回標題畫面

《魔女機器人 Meglilo》的開發理念，是「停止時間穿越敵彈」的彈幕射擊新玩法。
不只是任何人都無法迴避的攻擊，就連自己難以躲開的攻擊，也能輕鬆躍過，讓你體驗到無所不能的感覺。
左右可分別裝備的衛星，則是想呈現 ASTRO PORT 特有的武裝組合樂趣。
請多次遊玩，嘗試各種不同的組合。
在各關卡之間展開的故事是黑色喜劇。
本遊戲純屬虛構，與真實存在的人物、團體、地名毫無關係。
